Due to the soft and flexible structure of the leather, the upper part of the shoes take the shape of your baby's feet over time. In addition, leather prevents the feet from sweating by constantly breathing.

All online purchases are shipped with eco-friendly gift packs, including a complimentary gift bag. Unless requested otherwise, all shipments are 3-5 business days standard shipments. Shipments are fixed price and $6 per shipment. Free shipping on purchases of $100 or more. We ship to the USA only.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of items. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If there is any issue please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. As a small company, we want to engage with our customers and understand their needs. We want to improve our products if there are any complaints. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. If approved then your refund will be processed, and full credit (minus the cost of shipping) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that as a small business, we can not afford the costs for return shipments. The cost of return shipments is the responsibility of the customer. We are also unable to issue refunds for fragile items that are damaged in transit, so please make sure to pack items carefully to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will happily exchange it.
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
